Very disappointed in my experience. I let the person at the counter know I had a severe dairy allergy. They seemed to not understand proper allergy protocol in food service, as they put cheese on my bread. I had a specific order and had to repeat myself as they proceeded to try to add things I asked not to put on my sandwich. I repeated myself multiple times and they tried to use the same bread for my order. It seems there is a lack of training as it pertains to cross contact with allergens. The Jersey Mike's on Ocean Blvd. in Long Branch NJ. The manager should be fired. We walked into the store on Saturday May 16, 2026 and as soon as we walked in the Manager yelled at us with a very bad attitude that if we wanted to order anything it would be at least 45 minutes and that they might be running out of bread. The Managers attitude is not what customer service is about. He could have given us the information in a pleasant way rather than such a bad temper.
