First time I ordered delivering from here was wonderful! This time bread was hard, little meat,no chesse! Got the club,turkey,ham,bacon, cheese, ect.
Just went by. They wanted me to wait....literally only customer in store...while they made a dozen online sandwich orders for which the person was not even present. Customer in front of you is more important a good manager would realize this! No customer service anymore. I only needed one sandwich. Always a great experience, food was fresh and customer service was wonderful.
Notice the reviews were all good about 4 months ago. They got a new manager and the place went down hill. They had a medical emergency when o was there and a worker was throwing up and passing out. All the managers cared about was that the online orders got finished. There was a lot of cussing at the young employees. How gross and unprofessional??!!!!!
