Just went by. They wanted me to wait....literally only customer in store...while they made a dozen online sandwich orders for which the person was not even present. Customer in front of you is more important a good manager would realize this! No customer service anymore. I only needed one sandwich. Not impressed.....so now I'm at Subway and got served right away. Jersey Mike's you failed! UPDATE 5/29/25.....well they did it again. Went in a couple in line being waited on. First time I ordered delivering from here was wonderful! This time bread was hard, little meat,no chesse! Got the club,turkey,ham,bacon, cheese, ect.
