Waited 35 minutes to get a 6" Chicken Philly. Young man at counter was more interested in taking care of online orders than serving people who were in front of him.

Double points day must mean take my entire lunch break to make a sandwich.
Just went by. They wanted me to wait....literally only customer in store...while they made a dozen online sandwich orders for which the person was not even present. Customer in front of you is more important a good manager would realize this! No customer service anymore. I only needed one sandwich.
