Just went by. They wanted me to wait....literally only customer in store...while they made a dozen online sandwich orders for which the person was not even present. Customer in front of you is more important a good manager would realize this! No customer service anymore. I only needed one sandwich. Good sandwiches and subs. Prices like everywhere else way to much for a sandwich
Had a good experience at this location in York SC. Manager was friendly & the staff did an outstanding job in processing my order. I realize noon time is a rush especially with online orders. Best to do online orders if you are on a time restraint. I had no problem with the time of processing my order & it was delicious.
Our family orders subs several times a month from this location; food is always accurate and ready to be picked up when I get there. Friendly & efficient staff, clean store and great customer service.
Went in last night to get dinner for me and my kids it was awesome. The staff/manager was amazing and friendly and we was only there about 5 minutes didn’t have to wait long at all we’ll be back soon
