Whatever lady worked morning shift should have remained in the prep kitchen instead of coming up to me as if she was going to assist me. I told her I had coupons and she walked away and left the young man to attend to me. If you’re just doing prep why come up when a customer is ready to order? Just leave it to the front counter person. No need to have a nasty look and ignore me & be of no help when we are paying customers.

They had no sense of flow or time. Took 40 mins to make a sandwich.
