Food wasn't as good as I remembered Jersey Mike's to be, but that could just be me and what I ordered. I ate and left no crumbs so I have no real complaints about the food. Service was good, dudes behind the counter were chill. The music was way too loud (and not my taste), but I got the impression that most people don't dine in here so I'd probably crank the music up too if I worked here.
I am a Jersey Mike's loyalist, don't do take out sandwiches anywhere else. This location has been the worst by a long shot. Placed an online order that said pick it up at 11:36am. Got to the store right at that time and waited for 25 minutes for the order. Got all the way back to the office and opened the bag to find the regular size sub I ordered was maybe smaller than a mini. Drove back to the store and gave back the bag telling them it was nowhere near the size of a regular which I paid for and ordered another one in line... read more
Skimpy on portions; No health regulations adhered to governing employee hair protection; Music not conducive to food dining area. Spent quite a few positive experiences at JMs in NJ and IL, 1st negative hete in Lisle IL. Mad Dog
Been going here since they opened and always had great service and great food. Unfortunately have seen it decline the last month with service and cleanliness.
