I ordered on the app for the first time to save some time with in store pick-up. I usually stand in line and wait, which can take some time during a busy lunch hours - not the store's fault! I love the subs here, and I even tip at check out sometimes, which is crazy lol. I was really let down with my online app order today. My sandwich was half the size than when I order in store! I ordered a large order for 20 people for delivery with a few customizations. The entire order was correct, fresh and yummy. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The manager is very kind and professional. Great experience.
