Austin is a super hero at the Lincroft store! Great customer service, and great representation of the brand!!!
The employees were very rude for no reason. Only my second time going to jersey Mike's. They put cold lettuce on a hot cheesesteak i didn't ask for any to begin with and they didn't ask either. To he honest I could ignore the high price for no meat on semi stale bread if I was treated like a human.
This Jersey Mike’s is legendary, and I say this with clear eyes and a full heart (can’t lose). Every other Monmouth County location is simply a warm-up act. My delivery arrived in optimal condition with iconic pickle and mustard levels - so precisely calibrated it should be studied in a lab. The delivery vibes were immaculate, snack packing execution unmatched, and overall the subs totally slayed. Will patronize again.
