I went to the west lebanon NH location and was super disappointed. My husband had placed an order online under my name for me to pick up the biggest sandwich that they offer of a steak and cheese with just mayo , extra mushrooms and meat for me after I got out of work around 115pm that location said they didn't receive the order due to the system was not working right and that they couldn't do anything about it with the name of the person for the order I said it was under my name for pick up around this time and they didn't ... read more
What can I say...it is a sub shop
The food was good. On par with the other locations I've been to. Service at this branch has been spotty at best the past couple times. Our food was sitting on the counter ready to go for a good 10 minutes. The only reason we got it is because we pointed it out to the kid there. Bigger concern for my wife and I thought was there was what must've been a 6 year old girl in the back "helping" with all the bread.
