Honestly the girl who took our order today, 11/23/25 around noon, did not say hello how are you, and when I asked if there was a kids menu, which none of the menus hanging above state anything about a kids menu, when I asked her if they have anything for kids and she said “we have a menu”. Short and sweet. I said oh ok. This was our first time here. And I will not go back. Such a poor example of customer service. I wish I could get my $9 back…10/29/25 I walked in the girl with glasses stared at me and didn’t greet me..then the boy proceeds to give me brown lettuce…then try to cover it up because it was at the bottom.this is the nastiest jersey mikes I’ve been too,I hate to be that person because I worked in food service but they are violating food safety with that brown see through lettuce and it’s very visible,where is the manager there’s 3 people on the table and they still can’t help the 4 customers in here in a timely manner,this... read more

Sandwiches get thinner and thinner every time and the prices go up. $37 for a whole and a half with 10 slices of meat total for both. Should be ashamed of themselves.
