I’ve been a loyal Jersey Mike’s customer for years and have visited many different locations—but the Lorton location is by far the worst. No matter how clearly I specify my toppings through the app, they always manage to mess up my order. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you take the time to customize everything and still end up with a sandwich that’s nothing like what you asked for. Jackson and Ahmed And Solamon have great customer service clean store and they were very nice. They very much are deserving of a raise!!
Came here earlier today because they serve gluten free bread. No such luck apparently. The person working said "oh we don't have it today" and I said "what does that mean" and he said "it's frozen, if I had a microwave I would heat it up for you" 2 things wild and crazy here: 1) Why do you have food frozen yet you're unable to prepare or serve it? 2) Why don't you have a microwave in a fast food joint that's supposed to sell hot sandwiches?
