Multiple times i have tried to place an order between 8-830 and the young boys there seem to always be “shut down”. 830 pm tonight, No bread. Credit card system was done. Plus, the young boys are always playing around. It’s unfortunate. Close at 8 because these kids don’t want to be there
Staff needs to be trained in customer service, first question when checking out wasn't thank you, it was do you want to add a tip, then when paying asked again if I wanted change or make it a tip, got meal home, no napkins staying hotel so had to use toliet paper for my napkin, shame, sandwich was deliecious, great product, terrible service,.
They couldn’t have screwed up our order more if they tried. My husbands sandwich had the wrong bread, the wrong cheese and all the wrong toppings. My sandwich had the wrong bread, wrong cheese and all the wrong toppings. I would have gone back and demanded that this mess be rectified but we bought the sandwiches just prior to boarding the auto train so we were left with sandwiches that neither of us could eat. Both went straight into the trash. We couldn’t be more disappointed.
This is by far the slowest, dysfunctional Jersey Mike's we've frequented. Their produce often looks old or they are out, they never have green peppers, and ia clearly not managed well. While its more convient sometimes to go to this one, we'll go out of way in the future to the Ox Road Jersey Mike's- after giving this one numerous tries.
