Just a heads-up, I frequent this store often for a meal and stopped in yesterday evening about 645pm. At any rate, Roderick who I usually see in the store was rude and high on his horse like he's always when I stop in. In other words, Roderick never smiles which is unpleasant and unprofessional as I learned yesterday why he displays this type of behavior/demeanor. Food here is normally fresh and good, not sure why someone took the liberty to add vinegar to a BLT when not asked.. Mayo not vinegar unless someone asks for it.. they ruined my sandwich. Train your staff please.
Customer service sucks. attitude problems And they always mess up my order Now there’s hair in my food I will never eat here again
