Used to be die hard Port of Subs fans but the inconsistencies from multiple different locations has been horrible. Jersey Mike's Subs has been a refreshing alternative. Safe to say they are the new go to for the best Subs. Never looking back!
If I Can Giveee Them A 0 Stars I Would ! It felt so unwelcoming here! Some tall guy with glasses was so rude it wasn’t even funny! My boss sent me here & which I’ve never been here before. I mentioned it to them & they just stood there looking at me like I was stupid! Didn’t explain to me how it works, what to order or what. So anyways my boss wrote down what he wanted on his! First time at a Jersey Mike’s and it wears an excellent experience. When I walked in I was a greeted and asked what I would like to order. When I told the young man behind the counter that it was my first time he walked me through the options and explained “Mike’s Way”. I saw a tam of three people working together with a smile to produce a fresh sandwich.
The only concern i have is that they all ready have the bread on the counter and they sometimes use the same gloves after touching there clothes and dusting counter off without changing gloves
