As I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles that were very welcoming, a very polite young man with a smile took my order, I did not wait long as my order was being made even though there were quite a few people in there. Got the food home still nice hot and fresh very delicious exactly the way I ordered it. All four of the employees was very polite, professional and friendly from beginning to end. Submitted an delivery order through the jersey mikes app. When i received the food. It was not what i ordered, the tag on the bag had my name but not my order in the bag. I called the store and they couldn’t help me and told me to call Doordash. Doordash said they couldnt help me because i ordered through the jersey mikes app. Sandwich I received was not edible because it was all turkey and extra extra mayonnaise. I lost $28 and threw the sandwich away.
5/30/2025, about 7 PM, my daughter and I arrived at your location to buy two sandwiches. Immediately upon entering we were greeted by a man that was leaving the store, but in this greeting he said that this location is not taking orders. That it would be a thirty minute wait… those statements in themselves don’t make sense.
