i came in at 9:40 pm yesterday after gym and hispanic employee said we have no bread sorry we close in 20 mins. lazy guy, customer service is not a priority there. don’t eat there.
Went to Jersey Mike’s Subs in Lancaster and it was excellent. The sub was made fresh, the bread was soft, and the ingredients tasted really high quality. The staff was friendly, moved the line quickly, and got my order exactly right. Great spot when you want a filling, made-to-order sandwich—I’ll definitely be back.
30 minutes for a sub
Last night was the last time I will go into this Jersey Mike's the time before the manager was rude female manager. Tonight there was some guy in there I don't even know how he's a manager he acts like he doesn't even want to be there. I asked her for extra bell pepper and onion on my number 16 good thing I asked for extra cuz it was hardly any on there anyway
Sandwich was made to specification but I did not get to eat it until the next day so the meat (steak) was a lil hard. Staff was several "young" p6 who were neither friends or unfriendely, just getting the job done. Will give it another try in the future.
