All of the workers are so sweet, kind
Visited today and was very disappointed, as I walked in and went to the back of the line, I was told “there’s a 20min wait” mind you there were about 5 people ahead of me, my husband and I walked out and so did about 2 other people. I don’t find it correct nor professional that they prioritize online/mobile orders, there should be a way for them to have a separate station where they can do the online/mobile orders, this is horrible customer services and I’m sure they are loosing money from all the paying customers that get t... read more
Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Once I finally was about to get my sandwich, I said “just lettuce, spice and juice” and he said “oh, so Mikes way?”.. I replied, “just lettuce, spice, and juice…” he says “but mikes way?” this went back and forth 5 times until the special guy finally got it. Place is dirty Food is bland. There is a far better location near by
The sandwiches are quite good. I noticed the ingredients looked very appealing as the worker sliced the meat and cheese did my Italian sub. The facilities, including the restroom, were quite clean and well kept.
Got the sub in a tub so tasty got the supreme club no bread ...
