So I'll put it in a nutshell. I was in there the other night I'm not mentioning if the employee was male or female, but they proceeded to make my sandwich after helping a customer at the cash register.They did not change their gloves.I walked out and went next door to the Chinese restaurant.I'm so glad I did I found a great Chinese restaurant I will never return to that Jersey Mike's.
This Jersey Mike’s is getting worst. Whenever I order a #16 or #17 it’s like they just throw the meat/chicken on the grill and just cook it on both sides, slap these oversized pieces of onion and bell pepper on the grill then add the cheese and then stuff it in the sandwich. I even asked them can you please dice up the veggies a little more, they say yes then just ignore my request. The bread is hard a lot of times. Went there a couple weeks back and saw one of the employees washing their hands in the soda fountain in front of customers. Obviously very unsanitary cuz people drink from there and if they are doing that in front of customers I can only assume what goes on in the back
