Second time getting a long hair in my sandwich. Employee’s should wear hair nets!!!!! This is an ongoing issue. Managers should make changes to stop this from happening.

The best subs!
I called in ordering 4 sandwiches. I was told I could pickup in 15 minutes. It took me over 20 minutes to arrive but nothing was ready. I was told it would be ready in 3 minutes and the employee walked away to talk with other employees. I finally got my sandwiches 15 minutes later while many other customers were leaving with lunches. I was given an apology of " sorry ". It will be a long time before I ever go back. I quickly found out that I'm not a valued customer & they don't need or want my money. Walter Chandler
