I ordered a Mike’s Famous Philly from this location, and it was absolutely terrible. The bread was soggy, the cheese was all clumped to one side and turned into mush, and the steak was just as bad. I’m still nauseous even 30 minutes after trying to eat it. For the price, this was completely unacceptable. I definitely won’t be coming back unless there’s a serious improvement in quality.

Dear Jersey Mike’s Team , I want to share some ongoing concerns I’ve experienced at your Lake Wylie, South Carolina location. Nearly every time I visit—especially shortly after the store opens—I’m disappointed by the condition of the vegetables, particularly the lettuce. I always look forward to seeing a clean, fresh, and visually appealing food prep area when I walk in.
