Fresh ingredients with friendly, efficient and attentive employees whose food preparation skills are excellent. Ambience is a fast food "deli" franchise
Disappointing experience. The bread wasn't fresh like other locations, but the main problem was the service. I ordered a #4 Giant on white bread with everything on it per the menu description. The worker then proceeded to ask me one-by-one about every single ingredient ("Do you need oil? Vinegar? Lettuce?"), acting like I was confused about my own order. I know how the menu works and just wanted my sub made properly without the unnecessary back-and-forth. Poor customer service.
Hey Kids - Gotta tell you about the BEST TEAM working at Jersey Mike’s Subs in Laguna Niguel off of Greenfield… Uh… where do I start? Their team members always communicate and work well together… they do something that is a priority in food service - THEY LISTEN!!! So I went two different times because my first experience was mid but it was close to my job on break. I had a terrible experience both times with Jake and the Kyle Watson the senior shift leader. “Leader” is definitely not the word I’d use to describe him… Before this I had never been to a jersey mikes. Both of them were extremely patronizing and acted like I was stupid. Jake even suggested that I can’t afford my meal because of my skin color. Don’t come here unless you want mid over priced sandwiches made by buffoons.
Funny and courteous staff. The Order took a minute or two from the start to wrapped in the bag. Clean place. Restroom available for the customers. Indoor seating. Outdoor seating. Will be back on the way back to San Diego to get another Sub and say Hi.
