Jersey mikes is my usual go to for a sub. This location has gone downhill with staffing changes and product isn’t made to satisfactory level.
I went in today aug 2 and the 2 people working there where so nice and friendly. It must have been old men come in and be jerks day because there was some real nasty people in there but the staff handled it professionally and kindly. I wouldn't have been able to be as cool as they were. Great job!

I have ordered from this store via Uber eats twice (on accident because my order was rerouted there) both times the order was made poorly. Last night I called the store to report that the veggies on my sandwich were raw and not sautéed like they should have been. The manager refused to refund me and told me that I'd have to bring the sandwich back for a remake.
