Manager on the shift had a horrible attitude from the beginning. 40 minutes of waiting and being patient for a hot sandwich, everyone was served before they made my sandwich. My order ended up being wrong when I told them the supervisor with the septum piercing got even angrier. I asked if I could have my sandwich discounted and then I was refunded and refused service... Never stepping foot in here again.
They seem to poorly staff the place every weekend. They can't keep time commitments on online orders. Have online orders waiting that were place 30 min prior waiting as people who just walked in get sandwiches before them.

Went in there and the General manager and a worker were gossiping about coworkers felt uncomfortable. Just thought it was unprofessional to say the least
I love Jersey Mikes sandwiches. I have been a fan and a club member for years. You can earn points quickly and get a free sandwich pretty quick. I like to order through the app for a quick pick up and avoid the line.
