Went in there and the General manager and a worker were gossiping about coworkers felt uncomfortable. Just thought it was unprofessional to say the least
I love Jersey Mikes sandwiches. I have been a fan and a club member for years. You can earn points quickly and get a free sandwich pretty quick. I like to order through the app for a quick pick up and avoid the line.
Great workers there fast and efficient and good food
By far the worst customer service. I stood in a relatively short line to order a sandwich for an extended period of time... There was 3 employees helping one customer. The whole time i getting weird looks and stares from the staff. Once the employees finish with the customer in front of me, the employee at the register if they were good, looks right at me and says I'll be back!!! Not one time was I greeted, asked what I would like, etc... I'd much rather spend my money where it and I are valued as customer. Not disrespected!... read more
