I order from this store at minimum once a week via DoorDash and it’s consistently good every single time. I was a huge fan of the Jersey Mikes in my hometown (NC) and am happy to see that the consistency remains over 1500 miles way at this location as well. Compared to its competitors it’s my top pick every time, Firehouse, Jimmy John’s, Subway, nothing matches the consistency and reliability of my order at Jersey Mikes. Thank you Jersey Michael for your service. I posted this review before even finishing my sandwich.
Not only is the food always fresh and made perfectly—the staff is PHENOMENAL. They always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. (They also make amazing recommendations for special sandwiches/sauces). I work nearby, and both of their managers have supported my safety more than once. (A friendly word, offering help with a vehicle, or even physical safety.). Horrible experience. First and last time going to this location looks like I'll be having to drive to Buda. Waited in line probably 20 minutes then I get skip. The young girl made somebody else's order before mine while I already have been waiting probably 5-10 minutes before that girl even arrived. Bad customer service really needed to get it together there
