I love Jersey Mike's, always have and will. This is not about their food quality, it is more about their service quality, or lack of that. I finally down loaded their app and placed an order. Placed order at 8:30am for pick up in store @ 10:45am. I arrived five minutes early and was asked about my order. They seemed confused at first because they didn't see my order.
