If you place an order make sure to come 30 minutes after they say it’s ready. These past handful of times I’ve gone they take 30+ minutes. Ridiculous

The staff gave my food away to another customer. Waited more than an hour for my food to be made. The staff hastily cooked my food because they messed up. Terrible service.
Been going to jersey Mike's for quite some time but this one has got to be the slowest one ever. The workers are nice but can they speed it up a bit. The food still great.
