I placed a sandwich order on line for a grilled Philly steak. 30 minutes after I order the sandwich we arrive. I’m told it’s not ready yet and it will be a few minutes because he’s making it now. I sat with my son for another 10 minutes. No one is on the grill cooking food. The grill was even clean. I went back and asked about my order. She told me again he was making it. Food is good and employees are nice enough but for the love of god please improve staffing during the lunch rush. It’s incredibly frustrating when you purposefully show up 10-15 minutes after your pickup time to account for a delay, only to find out they haven’t even started your order once you get there.
