I had dinner here and ordered a sandwich. It was absolutely perfect. Everything tasted fresh, and the customer service was excellent. You could tell they really care about quality and cleanliness. One thing worth mentioning: while I was there, a glass container with what seemed like oil or spices accidentally broke. Dirty gloves
After checking in and personally confirming my name and the order with a worker, I sat for 20 minutes, until someone finally brought a bunch of finished orders out to the pickup shelves. Found mine in the new pile. Great place to go if you like waiting around and eating old and soggy sandwiches.
Just ordered my sandwiches for delivery, order wasnt even half of what I ordered also wasted my mikes points and then they blocked me from calling to find out why this order was wrong. Terrible. I mean why download the app to accumulate point just so they wont honor it and steal from you!?!?
