Bought on the app early so I wouldn't have to wait bc I was on lunch break and it still was 13 minutes late
Signs says order ahead to skip the line. My order was supposed to be ready at 12 and I didn’t get it until 12:27. When I asked about my order, all I got back was “it ain’t ready”. Waste of time.
I have been going to this location for a while now. It's been good so far. The other day we went ordered 2 original italians. We seat down and took my first bite which felt awkward in texture. Sometimes got stuck on my teeth. As I tried to get it off a stringy plastic stripes got off and I examined it. I looked back at my sandwich and spotted little pieces of plastic coming out of the salami. My husband had the same and he pulls it off the salami edge all around it.
