I stopped in to pick up a gift card for a friend and encountered an incredibly RUDE team of young staff! Very self absorbed and did not acknowledge that I had been standing at the counter even though two staff looked directly at me they still didn't care. There was at least 5-6 of them behind the counter all talking quite loudly when I walked in. The whole experience has left me wishing I had not purchased a gift card! I know that I'll never go back!
Food was pretty good loved their cookies and brownie. Manager Ksenya is doing a great job!
Never been to jersey mikes before. Sandwich was great and made quickly. The restaurant was clean and employees were friendly.
