The Chicken salad sandwich is amazing - but don’t order extra meat - they charge you for it but don’t put in sandwich - just happened again 2nd time in the last 3 weeks I am a very good tipper too - very disappointing I order on line to pick-up.

It was my first time there, and it will be my last. I didn't feel welcomed and had an attitude, even my sandwich was messy and soggy. I asked for everything on it, but I got nothing but lettuce and tomato. I didn't even get a Napkin with it. This is my worst experience yet.
Food was good and fresh , people were nice and friendly . I stayed there for almost 3 hours to study and eat , everything was good and special shout out to jack who served me really well.
Very disappointed estimate for the price. I don’t feel like there’s anything special about their Sandwich’s. I’ve eaten at different locations that were better. I’d have to say the Cotati location is just another place to get a deli sandwich.
