I am writing to share a concern about the customer service at your location at 94 W. Grand Parkway in Katy, Texas. During daytime visits, the experience has consistently been disappointing. The employees often seem unfriendly and rush through orders, which makes customers feel hurried rather than welcomed. In particular, the daytime cashier has repeatedly come across as unpleasant and not personable, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere at the counter.
