First time ordering at Jersey Mikes located at 94 W Grand Pkwy S Suite 280, Katy, TX 77494. Restaurant was very clean and inviting. Staff all dressed sharp and smiling. The service was outstanding. Very patiently took my order and was very kind! Told the gentleman that prepared my order about my daughter that had just given birth to my new grandson and was now hungry for a JM sub. He heartily congratulated me and wished her the best! Very nice experience in this Jersey Mikes. Thanks again!

I usually come to the area for college classes and decided to stop by for something to eat. On Monday, 04/21 the experience was disappointing. The music in the restaurant was very loud, and as someone who is hard of hearing, I had difficulty communicating with the staff about how I wanted my sandwich. I have been going to this location for years. However, my last visit was not a good one. The food always tastes good but, this time the look of the food was horrible. The person cutting the bread smashed it up, just trying to cut it. Then the girl putting the other stuff on did a super sloppy job. Most of the employees seemed very slow and uninterested in working.
