Let me write this while I take a break and digest 75% of my giant #99 cheesesteak sandwich. This was a delicious first time at Jersey Mike's, and the guys were quick and vibes were good. But the food, so good. They even gave me extra bacon. I was supposed to take half to go but I'll just finish it all.
I eat here weekly and always enjoy dealing with Luann and her team Always a smile and great food too !
Thought I would order a sub through DoorDash & the sandwich came like this. It was dripping & the bread was soggy beyond belief. The bottom bread fell apart. When I called & requested a refund for it they said it had to be through DoorDash. Which is ABSURD. DoorDash didn’t make the sandwich YOU did. Will not be coming back, horrible manager & service.
I’ve been coming here for a while but I always have an unpleasant experience with the older Asian lady working in the front, every time I come to pick up my order and it’s not ready instead of saying give us a few moments or we’re still working on it she just turns around and starts working on something else no communication. Today was kind of the icing on the cake when my order was ready she just tossed everything on the counter including an empty bag for me to bag it myself which I thought was incredibly rude.
2 months ago their soda machine was busted for about 2 weeks. If you ordered the meal with a drink, you were forced to take a soda out of the cooler….for a higher cost. Got there today, ordered a meal. Just as the finished the sandwich they told me their out of lettuce. I asked them to put a strip of bacon on it and they said they would have to charge me. Are you kidding me? I told them too keep the sandwich and to get their act together. Very disappointed.
