The dining area is comfortable, the service is excellent, and there is a good selection of snacks as well as tasty sandwiches.
The manager David was phenomenal! He showed excellent customer service, I was having an issue pulling up my jersey mikes app, with a few customers behind me, David simply pulled me to the side and helped me with my phone after he got done serving the other guest, he was so kind and compassionate he even showed me how I can ft my grands and send cool selfies! Thank you David
I’m giving 4 stars simply for the fact that every time I go here the music is blasting! Don’t get me wrong the girls have good music taste, I vibe along while in line but I have to have ask them to repeat what they’re saying about x3. So maybe just a little recommendation to turn down a the music a bit as i’m sure i’m not the first to raise a complaint about it but the food is great, always good and the service is always good.
Service was fast but i simply did not get what I paid for. Paid $22.02 for a giant ham & provolone with pepperoni. I barely got any meat. The one in Bayonne NJ gives you the CORRECT amount of meat. This jersey mikes completely skimped my sandwich. Ultimately paid more for less.
