On September 4th at about 9:40 pm I came to this establishment with my wife to grab 2 mini subs. When asking the employee to toast my bread they responded with “We don’t toast bread here”. When I asked if they toast at all, the employee said no and also stated it was due to cross contamination. In all my years of being a loyal customer and ordering from Jersey Mike’s I have never been told that the establishment was incapable of toasting sandwiches due to cross contamination.
