We had a very frustrating experience here. My fiancée placed our order while we were the only customers in the store. They made one of our subs, and then more customers started coming in. After waiting about 20 minutes without receiving the other two subs we had already ordered and paid for, we finally asked about them. Excellent subs. Had the Hot Italian on rosemary parm bread and the #52 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak on white bread. The bread was soft, fluffy and light. The cheese steak was freshly grilled with onions, sweet peppers, mushrooms and jalapeños, topped with American cheese. It was an absolute 10/10. The hot Italian was also really nice.
