This place is horrible, the service is awful, the food has no taste, the cashier girl was unfriendly and rude, it's 7.30 pm and they're ready to close and got mad because we wanna use the tables and have a drink. Update: came back today 08/29/26 cos my wife, for some ungodly reason likes this awful place, still the same crap service with the same hostile attitude, I'd give 0 stars if I could.
I agree with David I am scared of nick myself and I am a female I met a short guy with a Afro I believe his name is Rod he was super nice to me and yesterday I came in for the second time and his services was phenomenal.. he was so sweet to me and treated me very well. It’s another young guy up there that was nice to me as well had a lot of hair but I’m not sure if his name but him and rod was good at doing business with I loved their spirits keep up the good work you guys 😊
I came in to the jersey mikes on State Bridge Road yesterday and the tall black guy with dreads is so disrespectful he came in late and started arguing with the two other workers on the clock I am a regular customer and the tall guy with the dreads is not a good fit for this store every time I come in it’s a problem with him I feel frighten at times to come in, he messes up my food every time. when I’m there I don’t know if he has a problem with me or not he just always has an attitude like he doesn’t feel like working there... read more
This is, without question, the worst Jersey Mike's I've ever visited. The service is consistently awful, and after reading other reviews, it's obvious this isn't an isolated incident. The same complaints about rude, unprofessional employees keep coming up, which makes it seem like this behavior is accepted—or at the very least tolerated—by management.
