Rude employee this shift, was totally ignored and when I finally told said employee what I wanted he gave straight attitude as of it was my fault for not ordering when his back was turned to me the entire time. he chose to fry bacon and wipe down counters instead of taking the order. No name tag so idk his name but he's not a good employee. Saturday July 25th 2:30pm
Came here on a Sunday afternoon the lady that was making a sandwich’s had terrible attitude. She didn’t even ask me what I wanted on my sandwich she wrapped it up and handled it to me rudely saying something underneath her breath. She asked everyone in the store what they wanted on their sandwich except me.
Worst experience I’ve had at Jersey Mike’s. I ordered a veggie sandwich, and they forgot to add green bell peppers—the only main ingredient. When I pointed it out, I was initially told they were out of green peppers. After I questioned why no one informed me while placing the order, the story changed to, “Oh, I just forgot and gave us some green peppers in hand.” Mistakes happen, but being dishonest about them is far more frustrating. Just reading everyone’s experiences here just reinforces my thoughts that this place should just ultimately not receive any business until changes to staff are made. There needs to be serious retraining or just flat out new ownership. Jersey mikes is my favorite sandwich franchise but I will never go to this location again.
