This might be the worst jersey mikes I’ve been to. They have 12 people in line and an employee napping at a table. The alter their process and act like it’s my fault that I expected them to have the same process every time. Just poorly run. Need a new manager/GM asap

This place is horrible, the service is awful, the food has no taste, the cashier girl was unfriendly and rude, it's 7.30 pm and they're ready to close and got mad because we wanna use the tables and have a drink.
I had a pretty bad service experience here. The food itself was fine, no complaints there. The issue was the service. The woman who served us barely spoke up, had an attitude, no smile at all, was forgetful, slow, and overall very inefficient. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than customers. This place really needs to work on customer service because it took away from what should’ve been a good visit at Jersey Mike’s.
