Came here to get a sub and the two black gentleman with dreads and one with a fro working there were extremely rude, and had no type of customer service at all. Please save yourself and do not go to this location. Everyone there needs to be retrained immediately.
Neither sub tasted as good as the other Jersey Mike's restaurant that I went to. I was also rushed while trying to read their menu, which was definitely different; it didn't have the new special, so I looked everywhere for the hot Italian being advertised, and it was stuck to the door facing the outside of the restaurant. I did survive the night, so I gave it two big stars. Thank you
So on 09/20/2026 I decided I was gonna stop by this location to get me a sub before heading to work. I walked in. I was dreaded and asked was I getting something for here to go? I got something to go. I told him I wanted a giant 13 and he persist to make it. The young lady began to ring me up, and I put my points code in. But she never asked me what I got. When asking to heat a cold sub my answer was, "We can't do that." Why not? It takes a few seconds. Headed to Subway. Lost a customer.
