Staff was very disorganized with online orders. It took 25 minutes to get my sandwich and there were walk-ins who were served ahead of me. Actually saw my sandwich sitting there on the counter half completed while people who just came into the store we're served before me. I asked the staff several times about my order and the last person said I don't know I just came in. So much for the convenience of ordering on the app. Would never go back to this location.
First timer at Jersey Mike’s Subs. Overall great experience- shout out my man Christian for guiding me as I knew nothing! Definitely deserving of the tip I left. Place was extremely clean and neat. Will be coming back frequently.
