Great sandwiches and service
I arrived at the store tonight at 8:39 p.m. with the intention of ordering a Mike’s Philly. However, my plans were thwarted when the two employees decided to close the grill. I had mistakenly assumed that the store would remain open until 9 p.m. Why was the grill closed so early? I’ve always had an issue with this location. When I inquired about the manager, a young lady informed me that Rianne, the manager, wouldn’t be in until Monday. As a result, I’ll have to start driving to the other location on Roosevelt.

Ryanne is an employee with a terrible attitude. I called the general manager and emailed her, and did not receive a response. I was charged for 3 sandwiches when I only ordered two. I will not return to that location based on poor customer service and lack of response from the general manager.
