Ordered a sub and called to ask them to make it a hot sub and they said no, I know its possible, the customer service is lacking at this location, I work in food industry and felt like this was a simple request. No explanation as to why, just no we dont do that, but 2 weeks ago they were promoting a hot italian?!???
