Good and fast
Worst customer service I have seen. Took about 10 minutes to get help. Took about 20 min to get my food just to be told that they forgot about my order. I also got to witness a gentlemen ask if they put something in his sandwich he asked for, and the employee huffed and sloppily walked to the back of the kitchen and threw the sandwich on the counter like it was an inconvenience for her to fix her mistake. Not sure if it's Jersey Mike's new corporate initiative to taunt the customers but this is the second time that this has happened, maybe focus on making the food and not purposely trying to escalate a tense interaction, guess I'll take my business to the Bartram location.
put in an online order for my birthday sub, and i placed the order well ahead of time, i arrived at the stated pick up time and it still took almost 30 minutes for me to get a regular sized sandwich, the workers ignored me every time i tried to ask for an update on my sandwich, and when i finally did receive my food it was completely wrong, but i didn’t have time to get it fixed because they wasted my entire lunch break trying to figure out how to make two people’s orders, if you’re trying to get a quick sandwich on your lun... read more
