Manager was in the back doing nothing while one person made sandwiches for a looooong line. After waiting almost 20-30 mins she finally came out to help make sandwiches and told me I couldn’t have my dog. The other employee hadn’t said anything… for 20-30 mins. I have brought my dog in several times with no issue and today she decided to enforce the rules, and after making us wait while she was being useless. Ridiculous and unacceptable! Worst Jersey Mike’s, worst manager!
The bread isn’t fresh here.
Great sandwiches, and great cast. Especially Sarah, she definitely would fit in to any level of upper management.
