I was extremely disappointed to find hair throughout my sandwich. It wasn’t just a single strand, it was in multiple places, making the entire meal inedible. This is a serious food safety and quality issue that should never happen. I understand mistakes can occur, but there’s simply no excuse for serving food in this condition. Pretty good Jersey Mike's. My sandwich was not the hottest. Otherwise, no real complaints.
Alexander was cleaning the store and asked how I was doing. I told him I just moved into town and he gave me a free cookie! Alex was awesome, and the customer service was excellent.
