Undercooked the meat I would avoid this location until they get their act together. Used to be a good location not sure what happened with them
came to the restaurant at 8:30 pm today only to find out the door was locked which doesn’t make sense because they close at 9:00 so it is pretty frustrating that i wasted my time driving 20 minutes only to have to drive back home with no food.
Closed at 8:50 pm, not 9pm as it says on the door.
So I ordered a steak and cheese and the guy with the ear buds that was cleaning countertops, he reach in the drawer and grab the meat with his hands. Those are the same hands he was cleaning with. I told the other guy to fix another sandwich. He ask him did he use gloves and he said yes. Which he did not because I watched him. It’s like he don’t give a damn about thing. It looks like I going to another store or leave Jersey Mike’s alone period.
Anyone who knows me will realize that when they read my reviews I have an image of pulling no punches and calling it down the middle best that I can. I walked in here today and ordered a giant sub. Someone behind the counter took my order obviously but I asked for a couple of specifics: can you please toast the bread for me or put it on the grill on both sides as well as to scoop the inside of the bread out because I'm watching my carb count.
