Anyone who knows me will realize that when they read my reviews I have an image of pulling no punches and calling it down the middle best that I can. I walked in here today and ordered a giant sub. Someone behind the counter took my order obviously but I asked for a couple of specifics: can you please toast the bread for me or put it on the grill on both sides as well as to scoop the inside of the bread out because I'm watching my carb count. I went to JM in Falls Church the other day. I was clearly first in line. When the guy who is supposed to make sandwiches came from the back, the man who took my order told him what I wanted. Instead of making my sandwich he greeted the people behind me who just walked in and asked them what they wanted instead. I could have said that I was actually next but they were a family with small kids so I didn't want to make a scene. I just left instead. It was so irritating and I don't think it was accidental. This Jersey Mike's is one of the best I've visited in a long time! Everything is so clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. My new favorite lunch spot :3
