Double-check your sandwiches! Mine had mold on the bread and I didn’t realize until I hadn’t eaten half of it. Update: Went back to show them the sandwich and the manager said “that’s normal and how we make our bread” then proceeded to have her workers nod heads to agree… they pulled out other loafs to prove the point of “that’s how they are here” and all the loafs had mold in different spots all over. I’ve eaten at Jersey Mikes locations before and never have I had black all over my white bread sandwich don’t gaslight me
A young lady named Nelly has the best customer service at this location, Everyone else had no kind of customer service whatsoever..Keep up.tge great work young lady
Very slow service and work stations are always messy
We placed an online order and they misplaced it. However, the staff was friendly and made up the order immediately with no hassle
