Jersey Mikes used to be the sandwich shop, but last night was just the worst experience. I walked in and was the only customer and placed my order. Before the sever started making my sandwich 3 more customers walked in and the server took their orders and proceeded to make all 4 sandwiches at the same time — which meant I had to wait 15 minutes to get my sandwich. Usually very pleased with Jersey Mike's but today's service was shockingly slow. It took nearly an hour for more order to be filled.
Food is Great , but employees need more training . Doordash orders shouldn't be made before walk in customers . 1 sandwich shouldn't take 15 min with only 3 customers in store .
