I left the university location due to bad service to come to this one and service was top notch. The people are nice and give great service. 5 stars

I left a one star review for this establishment about 1.5 - 2 years ago because the customer service was truly awful and the slowest service ever. However, today when I visited I was greeted by smiling and welcoming staff members who were working in this crazy hot Alabama summer with NO WORKING HVAC! Absolutely terrible customer service. Guy on grill moved at the pace of a snail, I stood in line waiting for my Philly to be put on the grill for 9-12 minutes after placing the order (3 people ahead of me all cold sandwiches). I watched him put 2 sandwiches in the paper, and wrap them with the attitude of “I don’t want to be here”. So. Ridiculously. Slow. When I placed my order, I asked for mayo, lettuce, and relish.
