Came on 5/27/2026 and as ALWAYS they were exceptionally great! This the only place that can get my money when it comes to cheese steaks. Not only were they welcoming upon arrival (every single time), the store is always clean, even when they're busy and the cook is immaculate!!! They're all so sweet and I don't mind the wait IF I have to! IT'S WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY THAT I SPEND!!
Second time in less than a month… they are out of bread. How?? How does a sandwich shop run out of bread TWICE?
if i could give 0 stars i would, i will never be back to this place, i came in today with my fiance for a sandwich and was told they couldn’t do it and couldn’t make it cause they didn’t know how to ring it up. it was a super simple order all i wanted was pepperoni and provolone cheese on white bread, i have gotten this order so many times at many other jersey mikes and never had a issue. dallas the worker had a horrible nasty attitude and said they couldn’t make my sandwich when the other worker asked how to ring it up. I don’t suggest anyone go here to avoid there bs at the last minute. The open sign is on but the door was locked they stopped people from entering and said that I can place an online order and they would make my sandwich. I asked what’s the difference you’re still making sandwiches. The tall skinny black guy with dreds said that they’re not doing any walk ins. Shut the door and locked it.
Will not be coming back to this location ever!!!! They are so slow! Who runs out of bread during lunch time????? Get it together! Placed an app order and you still can’t have it ready by the time someone gets there. Ridiculous!
