I ordered through the Jersey Mike's app for delivery. My order wasn't delivered. I contacted the store. The person that answered told me to give hime my order number so that he could refund me. I gave it to him. He then said that he needed to contact his general manager. He then came back to the phone. I was told that I had to contact the third party that Jersey Mike's used to deliver the order. It was Doordash. Very busy. Short staffed.
Best customer service. Food was great!!!
This was my fist time at Jersey Mike’s - Had a great experience at this location. The staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and we also checked the bathrooms—which were very clean as well. That really stood out and made the visit even better. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.
