I wanted to order a #43 and repeated myself multiple times and still got the wrong sub. Wait time was also pretty long and they didn’t have rosemary bread either. I had came at 5:30pm, 4 hours before they close so it doesn’t make sense for them to be out of something already. Service here was a lot worse than any other Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to.

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding Ethan, who identified himself as the manager at your Bay Area location near Highway 45. At approximately 7:55 PM, I visited the restaurant and was told the mini cookies were sold out. An employee offered to bake a fresh batch, saying it would take about 10 minutes. I declined and left. This store runs their shop so different than any sandwich shop. One person on the register and they just stare at everyone the entire time. Then you have a grill guy he only does the grill nothing else, then you have the cold cutter specialist. Not to be left out the salad item placer. The fact that these people aren’t cross trained is frustrating when you’re waiting in line behind somebody because there’s four people making one sandwich and there’s like three people in line. They were “out of bread” an hour before closing… we could see the bread.
