I have frequented this establishment due to its proximity. However, I will no longer be patronizing it. The consistent inaccuracies in order fulfillment, coupled with a lack of accountability and unprofessional customer service, are unacceptable. I came to this location last week after having not eaten at a Jersey Mikes in many years. It was a great experience, multiple people making sandwiches in an assembly line, everyone was friendly. I was impressed. Tonight I decided to walk the mile and half down to the store thinking it would be a quick bite after my experience last week… BOY WAS I WRONG! Shop was really busy this evening, and the employees were doing a good job of making sure they balanced in-store and online orders.
The staff is generally friendly at the Juanita location which is why I feel bad writing this review. Although my only experience with the manager last year was awful. He is the rudest person i have ever encountered, literally. A story for another time. Honestly this location has gone consistently downhill for like 2 years now.
