Another business that prioritizes delivery orders above all else. Dozens of deliveries fulfilled by 3 staff members quickly while the single staff member assigned to in-store took an hour to get through a queue of 8, most of whom ordered just a single sub.
Not sure what happened to the service but they hired a bunch of high schoolers who don’t know how to take an order. I waited 45minutes for my sandwich and it turns out it was already made they just misplaced it.
I love a sub Mike's way.
Went in the other day and a girl with purple hair was kind of rude taking my order. Not sure if she should be working there. Look very annoyed. Tall Guy with long hair was putting my toppings on was very lost and seemed confused. He rang me up for a giant when I got a regular size. I made him correct it. I made my meal combo and forgot to give me the cup. Management should look into this. Not sure what’s going on with the staffing right now. Everyone is so miserable there and not something I would come back to
