I used to order from here online almost every Friday. If you arrive a couple minutes before the "pick up" time and tell the employees your name, they will not remember. You will have to ask for your order again. Not the first time. I get that happens when its busy. Is it really busy when everyone goes to the back room to "prep" and one person is "cleaning" around the ingredients I was there for 10 mins alone and then another customer came in and got his food. It doesn’t matter how many people they have on staff, it always takes 30 minutes to do absolutely anything in here. Pickup orders that should take 10 minutes take 30 minutes. Going in to stand in line takes 30 minutes even if there’s nobody in line. It's pretty common for me to order pick up, go in, have them tell me it’s not ready, then have to go ask 15 minutes later and then they’re like “oh yeah here it is“ because they didn’t call out the name. Restaurant 101 stuff.

I really like how my order is constantly incorrect. I asked for know lettuce but got the most lettuce I’ve ever seen. Ask for turkey and get ham. Ask for rosemary parm bread and get wheat. I can’t remember the last time I’ve received the correct order. You’d think I’d learn.
A student lined up for 15 minutes while the girl struggled to make one sandwich. The line formed behind me. She went back to get help and then started taking orders from people that were already behind me. No one made my sandwich. I had to walk out after 15 minutes of just standing there, wasting time. What a mess this place is.
