The staff is generally friendly at the Juanita location which is why I feel bad writing this review. Although my only experience with the manager last year was awful. He is the rudest person i have ever encountered, literally. A story for another time. Honestly this location has gone consistently downhill for like 2 years now. They make the sandwich wrong, forgetting things like bacon or mayo. The bread is dry and terrible. Jimmy John's is a thousand times better
They gave me the wrong sandwich. I didn't know this until I got home trying to eat my sandwich. I had to go back to the store to give them the sandwich that they incorrectly made and have them remake it. They then did not apologize and tried to recharge me for the sandwich they had to remake me. When I complained that I was there because they made a mistake they finally apologized and said I didn't have to pay for the sandwich they had to remake because they messed up. Normally love Mike's but this location started randomly overcooking the bread a few months ago? I keep going back hoping it'll be back to normal to no avail haha. The top of the bread is so crispy now. It's not bad, just not my ideal sub. Staff is always super nice though
