They gave me the wrong sub today however I will still give 5 stars because the sub was DAMN GOOD!
Very dissapointed in the service I received today, I had placed an Online order that was to be ready by 1:10, when my wife arrived to the store there was a line of door dash people waiting and no one in the (in store line) They had a bag with our name on it but no items in it just sitting there. when she asked if it would be easier for her to get in the regular line and walk through the order with them, they said they would get to it, she sat their for over 30 minutes for them to "get to it" as a person started finally worki... read more
Absolutely terrible experience. I placed a preorder thinking it would save time—clearly that was a mistake. I showed up when my order was supposed to be ready, and instead of grabbing it and leaving, I ended up standing there for another 30 minutes waiting. That’s over an hour total for TWO subs. Completely unacceptable for something so simple. What’s the point of preordering if you’re just going to get treated like a walk-in customer anyway?
