Never order over the phone for pick up. Past 3 times I’ve ordered over the phone they’ve gotten my order wrong. My bf has a gluten allergy and I told them for his sandwich for it to be the gluten free bread, I then specified that it was for an allergy and they said they would take note. I get there to pick it up and they tell me they just put it on regular white bread because they ran out of gluten free bread. I still took it so I can just give it to my mom. The GM Ian is awesome! Great guy, fantastic personality, and he goes above and beyond to make this Jersey Mikes, IMO, the best one in South Florida.
The place is clean. The sandwiches are amazing. Also cookies and brownies. The staff is awesome. Great place to chill and have a sub.
