Everything was great, and the service was excellent. My only concern is that employees with long hair were wearing hats but not hairnets. While they technically met the standard, I do not believe a hat alone fully prevents hair from falling into food. Fortunately, we did not find any hair in our meal, but accidents can happen, which is why preventative measures are important
Great subs, with really fresh ingredients. Meats and cheeses sliced as you order. The only issue i have is their drinks - is Pepsi only. The iced tea is already stale and they don't offer sweetener.
This is the second time in a row where I’ve placed an order online and I’m not told about an item being out of stock. Instead of telling me they write it on the sub paper. Easy to say I’m not giving them a third chance. Update: they put so much ranch on this sub that it’s stuck to the paper. This is just 0/10 service.
Went in here for lunch staff was working hard but the line was out the door and they only have one machine smh wasted my whole lunch break
