I am writing to express my concern about the unsanitary conditions I observed today. The African American men need a training on sanitary. I observed the one guy dusting off counter with his gloves! The same gloves he touched the meat with. He should have immediately changed gloves. That is completely unsanitary. He may have not been advised to do this in training. Well this is not the Jersey Mike’s experience I am used to usually when I remove a meat they offer me an alternative or extra meat on my order of the kind of meat. I don’t eat bacon and asked if I could substitute for something else and the girl said no we can leave it off that is it
