I stopped in around 11:30 for lunch. The dining room was completely empty, but the staff was heads-down making a big batch of sandwiches. I’m guessing online or phone orders. Three people were working, but only one seemed to know what he was doing, and he was clearly overwhelmed trying to carry it all while the others struggled to keep up. I ordered a regular steak and cheese with double steak. He put my steak on the grill, then stepped away to keep working on the other orders. This location is wonderful. Everyone is exceptionally kind. And the subs are always incredible.
Walked in to pick up an online order and two Tik Tok looking highschoolers told me my order would be done in a couple of minutes. 10 minutes go by and another employee asks me if I want to order something. I tell them I ordered online and my name and she tells me my food has been done. Hands me a bag and I walk out. I get half way home and look at the bag and it was the completely wrong order. Was very rushed thru line this afternoon The man put very little turkey on my sub No thanks won’t be back ! Better choices around Never had a problem at other locations!
I just had best experience in the Hingham store. Kenny and his staff were friendly kind and just so nice. I will definitely be back. Thanks again Kenny. PS. The chicken salad was delicious thank you again.
