Go after opening time and they aren’t open yet
I ordered for a Group Manager meeting, and they missed a sandwich #26 and made my #17 with incorrect bread. Had the food delivered from the app; they missed a sandwich...solution "you can come in and get it " or "Free sub next visit" does not fix the issue of not being able to leave for pick up and "we cant deliver". Had to leave meeting to pick up, major inconvenience and I would like a follow up.
