On the day we went the lettuce looked red and brown, looked like it should have been thrown out, any food service place would have thrown that out instead of serving it to its customers. I asked the staff whether they had other lettuce, they said they did not. If that was true, the issue was with the manager, incapable of managing inventory and also thought it was ok to serve rotten lettuce. If this location is the only Jersey Mike's location someone has been to, they would think it is a third-rate sub shop.
It's a good location with friendly staff. Sandwich sizes are good and service is fast. Never been disappointed.
They were quick and professional. Loved it.
