the staff are extremely nice the orders are usually WRONG if you don't mind them doing "whatever" its good enough just eat there ( sorry ,no im not tipping for counter service,pay your workers properly instead )
I don’t usually leave reviews, but NIYA deserves to be recognized! I don’t know her personally, but I called to ask about placing my order online and then calling back to make sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. NIYA answered the phone and was so kind and patient with my questions. After I placed my order, I called back to double-check a few details, and when I tell you she WOWED me, I truly mean it. ordered a BLT great sandwich but they forgot the tomatoes still good though
This location is your typical updated JM but the thing I would need to stress on is the service. So friendly, quick and attentive, management was great. Definitely recommend this location based on the crew that was working today. We hit up a lot of JM for sports and things but none have been as pleasant as this one.
We had the BEST experience today. All of the employees were so great! My son has a food allergy and they knew exactly what to do! The staff went above and beyond!! I also noticed how great the manager communicated and respected the staff. Such a great culture at this location!!!
