I went to this store today at 8:14 pm. As soon as I entered, there were three employees inside—one was mopping the floor, another was cleaning the refrigerator, and the third I’m not sure what he was doing. The one who was cleaning the refrigerator started giving me attitude and shouted at me, asking, “What do you need?” in a very rude way. This Jersey Mike’s location has serious issues with staff, consistency, and leadership. The team is very young, clearly inexperienced, and lacks any drive or urgency. Every time I visit, the sauces are overspread on every single sandwich, and they never seem to have basic ingredients like green bell peppers or bacon ready. Online orders are almost always wrong, which shows a lack of attention and care. The overall attitude and leadership here are in the gutter, and it’s obvious.
