The major problem at this location is the service here. It's bad. Especially when busy, it seems to be always understaffed. I ordered a Big Kahuna cheesesteak at 2:54 P.M. EST on a Wednesday for in store pick up, didn't receive my food and requested a refund at 3:45 P.M. EST. And the kicker? When I requested the refund, the manager came up to the register, saw my ticket on the line, then went back to the grill area to grab my sandwich that was apparently done but wrapped and just sitting there for who knows how long, and tri... read more

Feel bad for the poor employees. It seems as though they are always overwhelmed by the number of orders they need to fulfill. Manager Kyle need to step in more to provide help, or they need to hire additional staff. Hope they can improve this issue.
