Good food and service
When I first entered I was greeted I was diagnosed with a wheat allergy a little less than a year ago. I miss subs and good bread. I also worry about cross contamination. When I ordered my sub with gluten free bread they immediately asked if it was a preference or an allergy. When I confirmed an allergy, they told me it would take a little longer due to precautions they take. I am super grateful for this care because not everyone takes it seriously. I visited Jersey Mike’s two days ago and ordered a club sandwich. It was the only thing I ate that day, and shortly after, I developed severe food poisoning. I’ve never had issues here before, but I did notice that the lettuce on my sandwich looked old. Right after making my order, the staff replaced it with a fresh batch, which makes me believe the older lettuce may have been the cause.
