I placed an online order. It said it would be ready in 30 minutes. So I came in 30 minutes. Not ready. I waited at the register for 7 minutes to ask about it. No one acknowledged me. So I thought i will wait for them to put in on the pickup rack. Now it is over and hour. Many have come and gone. The workers are mostly chatting in the back. I asked and they couldn't find my order. Finally they found it, they had put it to the side. My hot sub was cold. And of course the sandwich was made wrong. Why do they even ask for a tip?... read more
They never have the bread I want and it’s take too long for my online orders to be completed.
Probably the worst one i have ever been to. The food tasted horrible and you have to repeat everything multiple times what you want and then when you tell them something they do the complete opposite. Would rather drive 30 minutes and go to the one in wake forest
