Second time this happened - roast beef hero so full of fat and gristle it can't even be eaten. And to add insult to that, I go in to pick up my online order, one guy was helping someone, fair enough, the other guy comes from the back when his bro dude walks in and starts taking his order for multiple sandwiches when I'm just standing there waiting to pick up a sandwich that's clearly sitting there behind the counter.
