I needed to feed a bunch of people for a party at my house for a Sunday lunch. I called Jersey Mike's in Laguna Beach on a Thursday, ordered 8 catering boxes (for a total of 32 giant's) to be picked up on Sunday at 11:15. They had the food ready on time, with all the condiments boxed up and ready to go when I showed up. My guests loved the subs. Perfect execution. Thank you!
Why is ordering delivery from Jersey Mike’s always such a bad experience? I’ve had the same problem in both Utah and California. The orders take forever even when the store is empty, drivers constantly complain about the wait, and this time they even sent the wrong sandwich. What is the issue with delivery orders at Jersey Mike’s?
Jersey Mike's is usually a hassle free place to eat a sandwich. However, at this location, the employees seemed bothered by us being there. The employee responsible for our order seemed to be high as a kite! He asked the same question 3 times and took him 10 minutes to make 1 sandwich and a salad bowl. The experience was painful and we couldn't get out of there quick enough.
One of my favorite places to eat.
Nathan was awesome and had good energy and sandwich making skills.
