Do not go here. Save yourself from a terrible sandwich that you can’t even eat and go somewhere else. I usually love jersey mikes..but this location is awful. I ordered online for pick up and when I walked in and immediately smelt how terrible the store was. It was so dirty and smelt terrible. I made an online order at this location today. I spent almost $50. The order had been made for a while. My two hot items were not hot. They were barely warm. I asked for napkins and the male employee acted very put out and pointed me at the direction of the napkins. I said thank you. I also asked to purchase three additional items. He told me he couldn't sell me a plain loaf of bread (which every other location will, he just didn't want to.) I needed to feed a bunch of people for a party at my house for a Sunday lunch. I called Jersey Mike's in Laguna Beach on a Thursday, ordered 8 catering boxes (for a total of 32 giant's) to be picked up on Sunday at 11:15. They had the food ready on time, with all the condiments boxed up and ready to go when I showed up. My guests loved the subs. Perfect execution. Thank you!
